Return and refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return conditions:
- The product must not have been used
- The product must be returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

The refund will be issued within 10 days of receipt and verification of the returned product.
